To contribute to the solution of this problem, the Cosmetic Cluster Initiative and the Vice Presidency for Business Strengthening of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá will execute a program to strengthen hair salons in Bogotá , aimed at establishments located in strata 3 and 4, with which seeks to train staff working in these activities to incorporate good practices in the use of products and, in turn, promote the formalization of many of these businesses that operate in the informal sector.
