Sending a message to the computer on the local network is supported by "internal" methods of the operating system.
Consider the most popular Windows 7 and Windows XP systems.
For Windows XP: you must enable Start-Control Panel-Performance and Maintenance-Administration-Services on all computers.
Then look for the Messenger service.
Set the type of auto start and status - started.
Then go to the start - execute - cmd. And write in the command line a line like this:
net send / domain: CORP Attention! Restart your computer after 5 minutes.
This is just an example of how to send a message on the local network: this command sends a message in your domain corp, respectively, all network computers on the screens will receive the following message: "Attention!
