Best Chiropractors for Hirschsprung's in Minnesota

Please forgive me! I have been so distracted the last two days, wrong weeks, that I have not even had time to update. I have been talking vaguely about how we started Isaac with chiropractic care and I have been receiving many messages and emails about it. I think it's important, especially with children with special medical needs, to look for ANY alternative (I do not know why it's called alternative medicine because it's our choice in medicine) therapies that I can. That said, each child is not the same, so the results vary. Hirschsprung's disease is a very difficult disease and there are many ups and downs. Tests and errors.

So we saw our Dr GI in March, who suggested that we try some alternative therapies with Isaac. Chiropractic care was one of those I had mentioned. I had thought about the care of the chiro in the past, but with everything that happened, I never managed to capture Isaac. I wish I had done it before.

In my previous publications lately, I had been talking about taking Isaac to a nutritional practitioner, testing and deactivating the sen, many ups and downs. We have been struggling to make it regular for almost 7 months. Since October. It has been very stressful. So I thought, you know what, why not. Why not try chiro and see what happens?

Fast forward to approximately 5 weeks of chiropractic care. We saw Isaac's surgeon on May 8 and for the first time in 6 months, he was surprised. It surprised him that it was completely clear. Empty. There is no stool at all. He even joked that his kidney was so clear. This was the first time in at least 12 visits that I had even said something very close to this. Approximately one week before that appointment, we had withdrawn Isaac from his prescribed dose of senna because it was causing him many adverse reactions. A lot of gas, stomach pains, diarrhoea. At this point, I felt it was too much for him. Then, by telling his surgeon what was happening, we felt that at this moment he should be removed from the Senna. His stomach now worked normally. I think chiropractic care was the missing piece of this puzzle for my son. Chiropractic care is not just back or neck pain, it's about allowing your body to function and healing itself through these adjustments. This essentially allowed his bowel to "wake up."

I am a person very based on science. So I have no doubt that this is not a coincidence. Finally, we found a combination of things that are working for our son that do not include medications or some kind of medical intervention.

We take Isaac to an amazing and the best chiropractor in Minnesota. Dr Moe Long at the Moe Bodyworks Chiropractic Center. Dr Moe is so amazing with the kids. This is by far Isaac's favourite Dr. to visit.

I know that many parents question alternative care because they simply do not know much about it or fear they will not be able to afford it. Chiropractic care for children is very cheap. So cheap and so beneficial! Isaac has been very good with that and only goes once every 2 weeks.

It has been a great relief not to have to give Senna every day. Or do rectal irrigations. Or some kind of medical intervention just to make him shit. It made me tremble every time I had to give Senna. Not knowing if his stomach would bother him and cause him pain. Things really took a 180-degree turn in such a short time for him. I hope he keeps looking up.
