How to check which bill is actually unpaid?
- Open Intuit QuickBooks Support software on your system; on the left side pane of the home window, look for “Vendor” tab and click on it.
- A new window of “Vendor” menu will appear; in which look out for “Vendor Center”, now you will have click on the question which is being displayed along with the name of the vendor.
- Now you will be asked to set the “Date” of reports; in this option simply select “All”, click on “Find” and you will be able to see lists of bills.
- Select any bill and press “Cntrl + H” keys; it will show the history of the bill, i.e. it is already paid or still outstanding and if you see any outstanding bills then move forward with the further mentioned solutions.
Pay Outstanding Bills
- Now as once you have checked the bills; once again you will be needing to go to the “Vendor Menu” from the home window, look for an option named as “Pay Bills” and click on it.
- Select all the outstanding bills that you marked out earlier from “Vendor Center Report”; now click on the “Set Credits” option, after clicking on it look out for the “Credits” tab and click on it.
- After clicking on the “Credits” tab; look out that if there are any credits which are being shown if you see a credit then assign it to the appropriate bill or bills, and click on “Done”.
- Now you will be asked to proceed with payments of the bills; on that particular window which is displayed simply click on the “Pay Selected Bills” button.
Once you are done with this process; go to the Vendor tab once again and look if there are any bills which are being still shown in the “Accounts Payable Report”, if there are no bills then you have successfully solved the problem.
