There's about to be a seismic shift in one of the cornerstones of the UK's sports entertainment and satellite TV worlds, as Sky is preparing to relinquish UK broadcast rights to the weekly combat-panto that is WWE.
That's like the BBC stopping doing weather forecasts or selling Question Time to ITV3.
Wrestling fans will have to grapple with the many and various methods of accessing BT Sport if they want to continue watching a few pensioners take risks with their knees on a weekly basis, as the niche new sports network will start showing the WWE's main Raw and SmackDown events/episodes from January.
There's one big change on the way as part of the deal; fans get live broadcasts of Raw and SmackDown.
The usual monthly pay-per-view events these weekly shows lead up to are coming across as well, with BT Sport Box Office taking over the job of encouraging the paying of extra money and the staying up late required to watch the likes of Wrestlemania, Royal Rumble and SummerSlam.
