I'm not much of a swimmer, but I can imagine that trying to keep tabs on your progress isn't the easiest thing to do while you've got water shooting up your nose as you speed up and down the swimming lane at your local lido.
Well, come August, that'll be a thing of the past - as long as you don't mind ponying up for it.
Form swim goggles have been designed for competitive swimmers by...well, tech savvy people, as you'd expect, but the company was founded by Dan Eisenhardt, who swam competitively for 14 years.
The display is visible while you're swimming around and shows you metrics like split times, stroke/ rate count, pace per 100, distance, calories, and more apparently.
There's even a dedicated app to review your data, and you can use it to customise your goggles' display.
Form swim goggles are available from August 7, and currently only have a dollar price of $199, which translates to around £160.
