  5. Enter “cmd” in the context menu which shows and uses the Control+Shift+Enter keys together.
  6. It will open the Command Prompt.
  7. Enter the command in the given box and ensure that you click on the Enter button after entering it.
  8. Let the “Winsock reset completed successfully” text appear on the screen.

•    Changing the Antivirus

  1. Press on the Start option.
  2. Go to the Control Panel option by finding it.

  7. Go to the Compatibility option.
  8. It is located in the Properties menu.
  9. Go through the Run this program as an administrator checkbox before you save the changes you have made.
  10. After that, press on the OK button.
  11. Otherwise, press on the Apply option.
  12. You need to open the admin privileges by clicking twice on the symbol.
  13. Check whether you have solved this issue.

•    Turn off the Proxy Servers

  1. Go to the Internet Explorer on the system.
  2. Find it by going to the desktop or the Start option.
  3. Press on the cog symbol.
  4. It is given in the upper right-hand side of the screen.
  5. Press on the Internet Options button.
  6. It will launch the menu list.
  7. In case you are not in the Internet Explorer, then go to the Control Panel.
  8. Find it by going to the Start menu.
  9. Otherwise, you can use the Windows and R keys together.
  10. Enter exe in the Run prompt box.
  11. Press on the OK button.
  12. Choose the View as: category option.
  13. It is given at the upper right-hand side of the screen.
  14. Press on the Network and Internet option.
  15. In the window, press on the Internet Options button.
  16. Click Connections option.
  17. Press on LAN Settings button.
