August 12, 2019: cargo-partner has completed the construction of its 25,000 square meters iLogistics Center near Ljubljana Airport in Slovenia.
The modern warehouse complex has begun operations and will be opened in September 2019, creating 30 new jobs in the first stage.
cargo-partner’s other offices and warehouses in Ljubljana, including the Slovenian head office, will gradually be relocated to the new facility.
The modern warehouse space offers short and long-term storage, as well as services including picking and packing, labeling, cross-docking, consolidation, multi-channel distribution, e-fulfillment and other contract logistics services.
The warehouse has 44 truck loading docks and a storage capacity of over 20,000 pallet slots.
In addition, the location offers a 6,000 square meters small parts store, as well as 5,000 square meters of cross-dock and block storage areas.

According to the traffic figures, the amount of cargo that was shipped via the airport in the first half of the year was 9.3 percent lower than the same period last year and in June, 17 percent less cargo was shipped than in the same month last year.

October 15, 2019: Turkish Cargo has inducted the sixth Boeing-777 Freighter, capable of carrying 102 tonnes, into its fleet.
The Boeing-777 Freighter, which took off from Everett Paine Airport (Seattle/USA) and landed at Ataturk Airport earlier this month, falls under the new-generation freighter category and is equipped with a high level of fuel-saving and technical safety.
According to the data obtained by World Air Cargo Data (WACD), the international air cargo data provider, in August, Turkish Cargo has increased its tonnage rate by 7.5 percent, ranking 7th across the air cargo market which has shrunk by -7.1 percent.
Turkish Cargo took delivery of its first Boeing-777F freighter in 2017 and will have a total of eight Boeing-777 Freighters by 2020.
The airline has a fleet of 344 aircraft including 24 freighters.
