5 Features iPhone 11 Should Consider Adding to Be Ahead of the Competition

There is an event held by Apple every September to announce the upcoming iPhone. Apple faced a drop of 12% in the third quarter of the fiscal year. Many people are switching their iPhones to Androids, and with rival Samsung providing ecstatic features, the competition only gets tougher for Apple. Following are five features Apple should consider adopting if they want to stay ahead of the curve.

1.    Improved Battery Life

There was a notable improvement in battery life with the iPhone XS, and an even better performance when taking iPhone XS Max into account. It lasted for 17 hours with the Airplane Mode on. While that is a solid performance, Apple’s rival Samsung and Huawei offered devices with 21 hours and 23 hours of battery life respectively. And when you compare it to phones with even better battery life, it shows that there is still much more room left for battery life enhancement.

The upcoming iOS 13 should make the apps quicker and efficient. There is Dark Mode also along with A13 processor. The processor is said to be enhanced and more efficient than the previous A12 processor. Apple’s marketing head, Phil Schiller stated that the upcoming iPhone would have a 30% longer battery life.

2.    Quick Charging and Power Brick

After the release of iPhone 8, 8 Plus and X, there was fast charging available for your iPhone. However, to avail this option, you have to purchase a USB-C cable for $19 and 18-watt charger costing $29. It would be reasonable for Apple to include them along with the iPhone itself since the device is already costing $999.

3.    Efficient “A-series” Processor

The processor is one feature of Apple that is taken for granted too much than it should. Apple provides even better processors every year with its A-series. It should be continued even with the upcoming A-13. Although the iPhone processor is already ahead of Androids, it still would not hurt to have even better performance from the iPhone. Better performance directly equates to better battery life.

4.    Better Front-Facing Cameras

The upcoming iPhone needs to add an enhanced high-resolution selfie camera on the device. The existing one on iPhone XR and XS Max is decent, but it could still be improved. The selfie camera should be able to capture videos at 4K resolutions. Apple may add a selfie camera which has auto-focus like the Galaxy S10. This would make sure that you never get out of focus. There can be another wide-angle camera added like LG G8 and Pixel 3.

5.    Enhanced Back Cameras

Apple has provided fantastic rear cameras since the release of iPhone 4. However, in recent years devices like Pixel 3 and Huawei P30 Pro has leaped iPhones rear camera capturing. It can be evidently said in the regards of low light pic capturing. There should be a feature like Night Mode for iPhones to capture better pictures in low light also.
