A Torn Rotator Cuff is No Easy Fix!

After treatment is complete, the next step in the torn rotator cuff process is going to be to strengthen the area. Strengthening is important to restore what was there prior to the injury and hopefully to protect the area from further injury. There are many exercises that can be done which will help with the strengthening process. Most of these exercises involve lifting a weight with the arm and shoulder.
