Heaven's Mud Cake Recipe

A legitimate Banjarmasin coconut milk pie is perfect for a snack when you relax in the afternoon or treat an event. Made from a mixture of rice flour, granulated sugar and coconut milk, it tastes sweet and savory with a smooth texture. Interested in trying to do it?

This is an easy recipe by bumbumu for making simple but delicious heavenly mud pies.


Ingredients:

  • Green mass:
  • Pandan leaf extract and suji leaves - 50 grams
  • Water - 100 grams
  • Instant coconut milk - 60 ml.
  • Eggs - 2 eggs
  • Sugar - 5 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla - to taste
  • White mass:
  • Instant coconut milk - 60 ml.
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Rice flour - 2 tablespoons

Method:

  1. Heat the steam.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a green mixture, stirring using a mustache slowly.
  3. Strain the green mixture until there is no more indindil.
  4. Pour into the pudding pan, then steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  5. While steaming the green dough, prepare the white dough.
  6. Mix all white dough, stir until all are mixed
  7. If 20 minutes have passed, open the vaporizer and then slowly pour the white mixture.
  8. When the entire steam cap has been filled and steamed again for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot or cold more deliciously.

Tips:

  • Use fresh eggs so that the mud in the sky does not smell like fish.
  • Use medium to low heat so that the green mixture does not expand.
