  • Block processes manually
  1. Click on the Windows and R keys together.
  2. Enter control.exe.
  3. It will launch the Control Panel menu.
  4. Choose the View by option.
  5. It is located on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  6. Press on the System and Security menu.
  7. Below Windows Defender Firewall menu, you need to choose the Allow an app option by using the Windows Firewall tool.
  8. Unselect both the checkboxes till the menu list gets completed.
  • Allow Windows Firewall from blocking all outgoing traffic and after that, choose exception
  1. Click on the Windows and R keys together.
  2. Enter the control.exe in the provided section.
  3. It will launch the Control Panel menu.
  4. Choose the View by option.
  5. You will find this on the upper right-hand side of the screen to Small symbol.
  6. Press on the Administrative menu.
  7. Choose the Windows Defender Firewall Menu which has the Advanced Security option.
  8. Press on the Windows Firewall Properties menu.
  9. It is provided on the right-hand corner of the screen.
  10. Press on the next to Outbound connections option.
  11. After that, choose the block option by going to the menu list.
  12. Verify the changes by choosing the OK button.
  13. Start removing the block all outgoing traffic section.
  • Using the IPSec
  1. Press on the Windows PC.
  2. Enter the MMC in the text field.
  3. Choose it by going to the menu list.
  4. By going to a new tab, press on the Files menu.
  5. Press on the Add or Remove Snap-In option.
  6. Choose the Add the IP Security Policy Snap-In option.
  7. Press on the OK button.
  8. You need to right-click on the center column.
  9. After that, press on the Create IP Security Policy option.
  10. Go through the window through default values.
  11. Also, any title you wish to.
  12. Once the first window gets open, you will get the new tab on the screen.
  13. After going through all these steps, press on the Add option.
  14. Press on the Next option thrice.
  15. Then, press on the Add option.
  16. Give a title to that option such as like Block all.
  17. After that, press on the Add option.
  18. Check the window with the default values.
  19. Choose the Block All option.
  20. Then, press on the Next button.
  21. After that, click on the Add option once again.
  22. Go through the window.
  23. Provide a title Block to that option.
  24. After that, choose that option.
  25. You need to choose the appropriate source, protocol or destination
  26. After that, choose the Permit option.
