1. Graphite electrodes must be covered with awnings during transportation.
2. When transporting the stacked electrodes with a forklift, be careful not to collide. Only one layer is allowed at a time, and care should be taken to balance and align to prevent slippage and breakage.
3. When loading and unloading the crane, the steel wire rope should be used separately, and the steel sealing strip of the electrode should not be directly hoisted.
4. Graphite electrodes should be stored in a clean, dry place, and must be covered with a tarpaulin when placed in an open space. The stack height should not exceed 4 layers.
5. The graphite electrode should be placed in the vicinity of the electric furnace for drying. The temperature should not exceed 150 degrees and the time should not be less than 24 hours.
