It is of utmost importance for the alcohol lovers, to bring into notice that, drinking small amounts of alcohol regularly is linked with a higher abnormal of heart rhythm than binge drinking, says a new study.

It often leads to palpitations, racing or irregular pulse, shortness of breath, tiredness, chest pain and dizziness.

Binge drinking did not show any clear link with new-onset atrial fibrillation.

The researchers said the entire study was compared to mild drinkers, those who drank no alcohol showed 8.6 % atrial fibrillation, moderate consumers 7.7 % atrial fibrillation and high quantity drinkers showed 21.5% atrial fibrillation which is at the higher risk.

Dr. Ni said the “Global alcohol utilization is likely to continue to increase unless effective approach is applied.

So ladies, please motivate yourself for non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails and try quitting alcohols completely.
