Kemenkumham - The directorate General of Intellectual property (DJKI) Ministry of Law and human RIGHTS launched the service system-based online named E-Complaint.
This service is to facilitate the public in making complaints related to intellectual property.
The director General of the Intellectual property Freddy Harris explains the E-Complaint which can be accessed through e-complaint.dgip.go.id serve complaints of violations of the intellectual property as well as service complaints of intellectual property.
In the E-Complaint there are several modules, namely the module of industrial design, brand, publications of the geographical and intellectual property communal.
He explained, during this time, the system of complaints of violations and ensure intellectual property is still done by the method of correspondence is thus less effective and efficient.
“(E-Complaints) the community can more easily and actively in helping DJKI create a climate of creativity and innovation that is conducive,” he said at the JW Marriott Hotel, Jakarta, Monday (4/11).
