Ministry of state owned enterprises: the Targets ini Pertamina to Lower FUEL Imports

BUMN - The ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOES) stated that the appointment of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama alias Ahok as president Commissioner of Pertamina (Persero), one of which is to reduce imports of fuel oil (BBM).

"Lower imports of FUEL, it was a target for Mr. Ahok," said the Special Staff of the BUMN Ministry, Arya Sinulingga, to the media, Tuesday (26/11).

Arya also said that the government has several ways to reduce imports of FUEL, which increase the share of renewable energy (EBT) and accelerate the construction of oil refineries.

He also disclosed that the government will issue some new policies to reduce FUEL imports.

Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman said that the imported FUEL is difficult to be pressed, because the demand and need in the country is increasing.
