Sofyan Basir - The Judicial commission or KY conduct of the examination against the verdict of the Jakarta Corruption Court, which acquitted the former president Director of PT PLN (Persero) Sofyan Basir.
The panel of judges on Monday (6/11) acquitted Sofyan in the case of steam power PLANT Riau-1.
One consideration was that Sofyan didn't know giving money Rp 4,75 billion from businessman Johannes Budisutrisno Kotjo to the members of the Commission VII of the house of representatives Eni Maulani Saragih and Idrus Marham.
