Cold-pressed black cumin oil

It is said that ancient scholars were to say that he "heals everything but death," and in Egypt they were to call him the "Pharaoh's gold. Apparently more and more people are taking expensive pills with this oil in stock. It is better to get a whole bottle at once, because not only will it come out cheaper, but we will certainly fall in love with the killing of the nigger oil.

As in the case of sunflower or rapeseed oil, fortunately we won't find a version of the black cumin oil on the shop shelves, devoid of nutritional value as a result of processes that take place at too high a temperature, so when buying the oil from the black cumin we can be sure that it consists of more than 85% of unsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, but also omega-9. It shouldn't be used for frying, it's better to eat it only cold - as an addition to salad or baked vegetables, or alone, directly from a spoon before a meal. It will positively affect our condition and health - it will speed up metabolism, facilitate digestion, ease heart rate and fight bad cholesterol.

However, what distinguishes black cumin oil from others is the content of thymoquinone - a mysterious ingredient that shows anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, comparable to a large dose of aspirin. The most important, however, is the anti-cancer effect of black cumin oil. Studies have shown that this oil is excellent at killing cancer cells in cases of skin, intestinal, breast, lung, leukaemia, and many others, but it is also helpful in radio and chemotherapy, alleviating their negative side effects.

Taking cold pressed black cumin oil once a day also has a great effect on numerous stomach ailments, helps in case of gastric flu or tiring reflux, shows surprising properties against ulcers, comparable to antibiotic therapy. A teaspoonful of this oil can also handle allergy, especially in children. It removes problematic rhinitis, soothes and moisturizes our eyes, but also copes with asthma symptoms. However, this is not the end of its advantages; people with diabetes mellitus and elevated cholesterol should also use black cumin oil, it is excellent at lowering blood sugar and removing excess triglycerides as well as bad cholesterol, which will combat the possible risk of heart disease.

It should not come as a surprise that black cumin oil can also be used externally, as it has blissful effects on dry, tired skin. Thanks to its antioxidant content, it will delay skin aging and help to treat burn wounds or scars, but also to alleviate the symptoms of lichen, atopic dermatitis or acne. Just add a drop of oil to the cream or massage directly into the skin - remember how well the massage itself works on the condition and tension of our skin.

Although it is recommended to introduce one tablespoon of cold pressed black cumin oil into the menu just before the meal, it is worth experimenting and combine it with the food you like. The seeds of these small, blue flowers have a surprisingly spicy, slightly bitter taste and a beautiful, honey-coloured colour, which can completely change the appearance of our menu. Let's try adding oil to soup, groats or cottage cheese and enjoy its unique properties. However, remember to keep the oil in the fridge and absolutely not to heat it up!
