5 Critical Elements of Your SEO Plan

If you’re not trying to get better at Google’s popular web search algorithm, you’re kidding yourself. Smart SEO (search engine optimisation) not only applies to webpages, but also to how people search. In order to get better search rankings, you’ll have to make a number of small but crucial adjustments to your website.

1. Avoid the cyberdebris

Some of the web’s garbage definitely needs to be removed, so remove anything that follows one of the AEs’ specific key words, such as 404 errors, old or ambiguous content, or outdated terms. This doesn’t necessarily help you improve your search rankings, though. More importantly, online terms and problems are remarkably related. If something’s “confusingly” or “confusingly” related to your website, you should either resolve that issue before you try for better search rankings or not focus on better rankings at all.

2. Build multiple sites

If you have several different websites, you’ll need to invest some time and effort in making sure that they all work smoothly together. The more diverse your web presence is, the easier it will be to accommodate any hitches in one of the sites, and the more competitive it will be for your SEO efforts.

The real challenge here is the attention to detail. As I’ve written before, user experience is a major criteria for Google. Some pages on a website may have very different layouts from those of others, which will affect everything from context to user reactions. Building multiple sites to avoid this issue is essential, but making sure that they all work well together is still a daunting task.

3. Pay attention to layout and layout optimisation

Everything on a web page relates to the layout and design of the page. In order to optimise your web pages for Google, you need to pay attention to the typography and layout as well as the way you structure the pages and the way you use space. According to Google, your web page format is critical because it plays a major role in determining relevancy. Too much excess space, and the pages won’t receive any attention. Not enough, and they’ll be under-represented. In both cases, Google penalizes websites whose pages take up too much space and don’t provide a compelling experience.

4. Re-purpose and think on a smaller scale

Redirecting Google searches off of other pages can take time. It’s better to think on a smaller scale than larger. As in the case of re-purposing an old question (“How tall is a freaking elephant?”), do the work to re-purpose and think on a smaller scale, like choosing a term that only applies to your company or niche.

5. Expand your Google expertise

Instead of choosing an SEO Company (dubaiseocompany.ae) who specialized in just the topic at hand, consider getting a consulting team to build your knowledge in the field. As you advance in your company, it’s more important to have your SEO skills prove their worth to others than to continue to remain clueless. It’s important to hire someone who has a diverse set of SEO experience, and who understands Google’s APIs, the analysis software that Google uses to refine its search algorithm.

At the end of the day, SEO isn’t simple. It requires much time and effort and a certain amount of luck and faith in the system. A small army of dedicated SEO professionals can truly raise your ranking, but it takes skill and dedication. And if you put together a comprehensive plan you’ll be surprised at just how much you’ll gain.
