Weight and Binge Eating

This now may sound very contradictory, but if your weight doesn't increase you probably won't eat any more than your body needs. "I guess no way," I guess you think, "you saw how far food I could put on a binge eating?"You know how terrible you physically feel afterward that it was more than you wanted right now, I understand, it doesn't seem likely that you would ever need that amount of food. But that's the point, maybe it was more than you wanted at the moment but perhaps in the long term, it was what you needed.

Most of my customers who come to me to help with binge food do not live in what most people would call big bodies, but they eat large quantities of food and feel totally uncontrolled. So what is going on?

When the binge is over, you begin to prepare and measure how the excess food can be paid for. It usually requires workouts, which pledge that tomorrow will be less safe, save meals or detox, and what is it done? This breaks hunger ramps and once again begins to binge.
