How do I return a wish product?
All products can be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To return a product, contact Wish customer service through the application or online and follow the corresponding instructions. Please note that we cannot cover the shipping costs of all orders. For more information, contact help.
How can I return an item if I have a label?
- Print the shipping label to your email address.
- Securely pack your item
- Attach a shipping label at the top of the package.
- Send the parcel in the mail. You will receive a refund after receiving the refund
- Please note that there is one label for each item. If you need to return more than one item, follow the return procedure for each item in your order history.
Can I change an item?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchange items. We can help replace the order if it does not satisfy you. Contact Wish Customer Support for further assistance.
How do I cancel my wish order?
You have up to 8 hours from the date of purchase to cancel any item that you no longer want to receive.
If your order was placed within the first 8 hours, you can go to your order history and click "Contact Support", follow the instructions and select "Cancel my product."
After clicking on this option your order will be canceled and no charges will be made. If your order has already been processed, our Refund Policy will apply to it.
What is the status of my return items?
You can check the return status by visiting the order history. If you received a return on Wish Cash, the loan will immediately be available on your Wish account and will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
If you received a refund on your original payment method, a refund to your account may take 5 to 10 business days. If you still cannot find a refund, we recommend that you contact your bank or payment service provider for more information.
If you paid using online, your refund may appear as one of the following:
- Loan repaid to your account.
- Transferring money to a bank account associated with your account.

Can I return money to another card if my card has been canceled, lost, expired or stolen?
We can refund your money only your original payment method, and we cannot refund money to another card, different account or another payment method. For more information,

We recommend that you contact your card issuer for assistance in obtaining a refund if your card has been canceled, lost or your account has been closed.
I canceled my order. How do I get a refund?
- Depending on your type of payment, your refund will be automatically applied to your account.
- If you received a refund on your original payment method, wait for 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your initial payment may not match your application and you will not receive a refund to your account.
- If you decide to receive a refund as the desired amount, the loan will be immediately available in your account and will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
