My overall intention is to expand my consciousness and awareness...sustainably, which means that it has to be fun and bring in energy and life, not drain it from me.Anyone who knows me knows how much I love travel, adventure, learning languages and experiencing different cultures. So, instead of focusing on how I would make enough money to be able to take my next trip, I just focused on where I wanted to go and what experience I wanted to come away with.
My first choice was to relax and meditate, get centered in my life. And so the idea of Maui started to form. They have a wonderful spiritual community there so connections could be made, we have friends there, and a week on the beach would give me plenty of time for reflecting, relaxing and rejuvenating. I have to say that I typically don't like beach vacations, preferring to experience pyramids or temples. Yet, right away, things started to fall into place.
