Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded a trade balance in January posted a deficit of US$ 864 million, improved compared to the same period last year amounted to US$ 1,16 billion.
the Head of the BPS Suhariyanto explained, the imports in January reached US$ 14,28 billion, while exports reached only US$ 13,41 billion. Realization of export and import is down compared to last month and same period last year.
