Don't Buy The JVC HANC250 Headphones Until You Read This!

The JVC's noise cancelling circuitryHearing Hero Reviewincludes something called feedback technology. This is supposed to constantly monitor background noise, and eliminate it up to 85% of it. They also have a double housing with cushioned ear pads. This is how the headphones, along with the noise cancelling circuitry, cut down on the background noise. The noise cancellation can be turned on and off, allowing you to hear someone talking to you, or, to tune someone out as well. Nice Feature.

From about 10% of the reviews that I have read, there is a problem with buzzing. This happens when you there are bumps or when you are being shaken, like hitting some turbulence on a plane, or on a bumpy road on a noisy bus. Now, this is only in about!0% of the reviews, there could be more, there could be less.

They are light, only 5.3 oz, and they don't fit tight on your head. They use a 1.5-volt triple A battery for powering the noise cancellation circuitry, squeezing about 50 hours of use from a single battery. And they fold down nice and flat, which makes for easy carrying, another plus. The HA-NC250 offers two JVC innovations, as they call it, that are supposed to help isolate the listener from outside sounds.

Each earpiece has two housings, which in my opinion, would enhance the quieting effect or affect. Which ever word you want to use is fine with me. Nevertheless, it makes them block out sound better. For the best possible sound quality, the new headphone uses a 40mm neodymium driver in each earpiece. For those of you who don't know what neodymium is, it's the magnet on the speaker.
