Another year draws to 15 Minute Weight Loss Review an end and the fun and excitement of Christmas is over for another 365 days. We have one more holiday to celebrate before we settle in for the winter months and wait for spring to arrive. Of course that holiday is New Years day. For some, the holiday is really New Years Eve. This is when the celebrating really happens.

Along with the celebrations of New Years there will be millions of people world wide who will make resolutions to improve some part of their life. Some will resolve to spend more time with their families, some will resolve to get healthier and some will choose to develop a better relationship with their spouse. There will be many, many different resolutions made by men and women, but one of the most popular will be to lose weight and get healthier.

I believe that it would be better labelled as a lifestyle change as opposed to resolution or diet. I have done a fair amount of research on the subject and would like to share my findings and recommendations with all that are interested. During my research, there seems to be some terms that keep popping up.

Glycemic Index or GI for short. The GI is a scientifically proven tool that will revolutionize how we look at weight loss. By following the GI you will learn what foods do what for our body.
