Anybody who intends to set-up business in UK or run a business in UK can apply for UK innovator Visa. It is required that such a businessman lives outside UK and Switzerland. The innovator who intends to set up business in UK will have to get endorsement from authorized organization or an approved body.
Such a business should be viable and scalable.
Eligibility for this VISA –
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Should meet the English language Benchmark
- The applicant needs to provide enough proof that he and family will in no way be dependent on the public funds for survival.

UK Sole Representative VISA –
UK Sole Representative VISA can be used by a representative of a company located outside of UK and Switzerland to start a branch in UK. This program will take 3 months for process and completion. With this visa, the representative can live in UK for a period of 3 years. The visa can be extended for 2 more years. After 5 years of living in UK, the representative can apply for permanent settlement in UK. Eventually, the representative can apply for citizenship there. With this visa, the representative can work full time for his employer but cannot work for anybody else. The representative can bring his family to UK on this visa.
