Ingredients:2 bowls cooked Japanese rice2 slices ham1 green onion1 large egg2 Tbsp vegetable oil½ tsp salt1/8 tsp white pepper powder2 tsp soy sauce Instructions:Cook the rice and spread it on pan lined with parchment paper and keep aside 1-2 hours to remove moisture.Cut white part of 1 green onion into rounds and green parts diagonally.
Dividing white and green parts on plate.Cut 2 slices Ham into ¼ inch square pieces.
Take a one large egg into bowl crack and whisk egg in a bowl.Take a large frying pan and keep on medium high heat, once it’s hot add 1 tsp vegetable oil and move pan in circular movement to make sure pan is coated with oil.Add the beaten egg and mix around so that fluffy egg will be created.While some parts of egg are still not all the way cooked, transfer to a plate.
Don’t overcook.Add 1 tsp oil and start cooking ham and white parts of chopped green onion then stir fry.
cook it well then add cooked rice into mixture.
Mix well without damaging the rice.Add cooked egg in pan and break smaller pieces while you combine with the rice.Add ½ tsp salt with white pepper mix it well.Add 2 tsp soy sauce.
