Premier Daniel Andrews has officially announced Stage 4 restrictions within Victoria. Victorians are subject to an overnight curfew, between 8pm and 5am daily, and will only be permitted to leave their homes for one of the following reasons:
- To purchase essential supplies and food
- Daily exercise for up to one hour
- Care and health care
- Work
