Turn on User Manager

  2. Then insert ‘services .msc’ into it and hit the Enter key to launch the services console.

  4. Thereafter, change the startup type to Automatic.

Turn off Recently Launched Items

  3. Then switch the toggle ‘Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar’ to disable it.
