To make it, combine one-half ounce of grapefruit juice, one-eighth oz of honey, and one-eighth oz of gentian violet (the concentrated form of this liqueur). Add eight drops of hot soda and shake well over ice hockey. Add 1 teaspoon of club soda and shake well over ice, then pour over the entire top of each cocktail glass. Garnish with the stem of an orange and enjoy!

 

The fourth Italian gentian liqueur recipe is made with lemon juice. First, combine four ounces of the juice using a half-glass of triple sec and a quarter-teaspoon of fennel. club soda.
