Post-traumatic stress disorder can cause dissociation, nightmares, flashbacks, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and depression. There are different kinds of post-traumatic stress disorder treatments in which psychological therapies and sometimes medication is its main one.
Ariana Grande expresses her concerns regarding her time with the dangerous Post Traumatic Stress Disorder since 22 people succumbed to death and over 100 or more were injured as a result of the terrorist attack that took place in her concert in 2017.
“It’s hard to talk about because so many people have suffered such severe, tremendous loss … I know those families and my fans, and everyone there experienced a tremendous amount of [PTSD] as well.
I don’t think I’ll ever know how to talk about it and not cry.”
On Thursday, Ariana Grande uploaded her Instagram story showing her brain areas which were affected by her PTSD and the losses she has been facing.
The caption” Hilarious and Terrifying’ was written and she said” PTSD is not a joke”
She also posted a selfie of her on the Instagram story explaining her PTSD and the photo was uploaded with captions “Life is Wild” “My brain is tired” and “She is tryin’ her mothafuckin’ best” which can be seen written across her face in her picture showing the mental problems being faced by her.
