We all know that gyms are closed since march as there is lockdown due to the pandemic. But in unlock 4 Reopening Gyms has started from 7th september , now we all can go for exercises and workout in gyms in routine but along with this we have to be stay safe from coronavirus and for this you have to be careful about some rules that you should have to follow to remain healthy and safe during this pandemic.
