How to Fix Hades Crashing on PC?

Turn off In-Game Overlays

You can turn off in-game overlays by pursuing these directions given below:

  1. Launch the Steam client and reach the upper left menu.
  2. Then choose the Steam option.
  3. Now go to the Settings option.
  4. From the left side menu, choose the ‘In-Game’ option beneath the section of ‘Steam Overlay.’
  5. You should untick the three boxes and click on the OK button.

Running Hades as Administrator

  1. In the Steam library, reach Hades, then right-click on it.
  2. After that, choose the Properties option.
  3. Go to the tab of LOCAL FILES and click on the ‘BROWSE LOCAL FILES….’ Option.
  4. Select the ‘Hades.exe’ option and click ‘Run as administrator.
  5. Navigate to the Hades.exe option and choose the Properties option.
  6. Reach the tab of Compatibility and beneath the section of Settings, mark the box beside ‘Run this program as an administrator.’
  7. Now, select the OK button.

Confirm the Game Files

You can confirm the game files by pursuing these directions given below:

  1. Navigate to the Steam library option and right-click on the Hades option.
  2. Go to the Properties option and click on it.
  3. Reach the Properties screen, select the tab of LOCAL FILES and choose the ‘VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES’ option.
  4. Now, you have to wait until the process gets over.

Run a Clean Boot

You can run a clean boot by pursuing these directions given below:

  1. Tap on the Win and R keys simultaneously for launching the Run section.
  2. Thereafter, insert ‘MSConfig’ into it and select the OK button.
  3. You should reach the tab of Services and mark the box beside the ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ option.
  4. Locate the services that do not belong to the sound card manufacturers or graphic cards like AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, and Realtek.
  5. Later, untick the boxes beside these services and select the OK button.
  6. Now, reboot the system.

After applying the above-mentioned solutions, you will be able to play the game seamlessly.
