Lockers are provided for the safekeeping of all personal belongings in the reception area. However management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables of any kind brought onto the premises.

PARKING/TRANSPORT
Paid street parking is available on Reid street during the week/free on weekends excluding Gabba Game days.
Public transport is accessible from Woolloongabba bus station across the street.
If a driver is dropping you off please tell them to take you to the corner of Reid Street and Stanley Street then walk to the store front along Stanley Street.
The Bathhouse is within the Gabba Traffic Area which means when there is a game on at the Gabba a 15 minute drop off limit is applied to Reid Street, detailed information and parking map HERE.
CANCELATIONS
All bookings must be made online or via phone with a valid major credit card.
Requests for refunds can be made up to 24 hours after the time of purchase, otherwise please provide at least 24 hours notice before your session time if you wish to reschedule to another session time.
Sessions may be cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed by management.
MEDICAL PREGNANCY
Pregnant women are always welcome to relax and enjoy the Bathhouse and its facilities. However we do advise caution with certain heated facilities such as the steam room, hydrotherapy spa and cedar wood sauna due to excessive heat.
Please seek medical advice from your healthcare specialist before booking as each pregnancy is unique.
