Summers are the time when you do not wish to binge on food, but you look forward to some light recipes to fill your stomach, keep your hydrated and stay healthy. Watermelon Feta with Basil and Corn

A fresh, vibrant and healthy salad that comes with the goodness of watermelon and excellent flavours. Watermelon is as it is the best fruit to consume during summers and add the same to your salad to complete your meal. This recipe can be used as salad or you can easily convert it into a side dish. Just add the ingredients and toss.

Minted Orzo Salad with Feta and chickpeas

Orzo salads are always popular and people always die for the same. Add some bright lemon vinaigrette, mint, basil, some feta cheese and you can serve it either hot or cold. If you want you can sprinkle some olive oil to add to the taste.

Strawberry and Spinach Salad

The salad is a true fantasy. Sauté spinach with some oil, add salt and sugar if required. Once the spinach is cooked, you can top it with fresh strawberries and mix it together. If you want to add a dash of protein, add some pan-fried chicken to it and you are good to go.

Hawaiian Salad with Pineapple chicken

With the name Hawaii, you already have a bowl full of tropical delicacies on your table. Combine some soy and ginger marinate chicken, juicy pineapples, almonds, red cabbage, lettuce, carrots and a dash of sesame for the final serving.

Special summer shrimp salad with grilled corn and peaches

This would be the freshest produce of this summer. Bring some shrimps from the sea side, add corn and peaches to it and your fresh salad is ready to binge upon.
