At Gyms: You have many advantages. Gyms can afford sturdy equipment and also often personal trainers are available for your weekly appointments, small group training sessions to fresh your routine.

At Home: You don't have to pack a bag and drive anywhere. You could work out in your pajamas. You can also work out whenever you like, which is perfect time for you.  There's no membership fee. You can buy some items like a few resistance bands and an exercise ball in your home gym. It will be helpful for your body building.
