Massachusetts banned the sale of Gasoline-powered vehicles

Recently, Massachusetts announced the plan to ban the sale of gasoline vehicles by 2035. The purpose of banning is to eliminate the gas-emissions to fight climate change. EV manufacturing and sales have been increased more frequently than ever.

Massachusetts has joined hands with California to ban the sale of gasoline cars by 2035. The Governor has planned the 2025 Decarbonization road map that reduces the emissions from passenger vehicles. The state has emissions of 27 percent from light-duty vehicles. The purpose of the state to reach net-zero fossil fuel emissions by 2050.

The consumption of EVs will be increased by the expansion of public charging stations. The EV charging is lesser accessible due to the charging issues as one cannot have a charging station in the garage.

The initiatives are taken by the California and Massachusetts governments in the beginning to ban the sale of vehicles. The Presidency of Biden has encouraged the use of electric vehicles in the United States for the benefit of the general public.

 
Massachusetts and California where new vehicles are to be sold will be electric. The sale of used gasoline cars for sale will be allowed. In the coming years, the road will hit more Electric vehicles than ever before.
