NHTSA Sounds Alarmed over high-speed rash driving

The empty roads have been turned into high driving tracks by hundreds of Americans overnight. The pandemic and stay-in home order has abruptly changed the driving behaviors of individuals. The lockdown imposed by the Federal government has led to empty streets.

NHTSA has seen a drastic increase in speed tickets over 100 mph. The drivers had a set limit there were seen moving on the coast with high speeds frequently.  The situation has been worse that is led NHTSA to wrote a letter to drivers about ticketing, high speeding in areas, lesser use of seatbelts, and more.

The data from the lockdown has shown the emergence of a National Health Emergency. This shows the severe driving risks taken by drivers has led to crashes. The reckless driving by the driver has taken advantage of as there are no police on the streets to stop them.

NHTSA has made it official and said to drivers for their risky behavior. If they don’t stay within the speed limit or break the necessary driving laws. The law enforcement agencies and EMS community will take the steps to prevent these risks. The pandemic has already affected the major medical services across the country and these risky driving are leading to staff shortages.
