Acknowledgment of Confidentiality.
CECL acknowledges that they may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information of AUTHOR.
Confidential Information does not include (i) information already known by CECL, (ii) information in the public domain through no wrongful act of CECL, or (iii) information received by CECL from a third party who was free to disclose it.
Covenant Not to Disclose.
CECL agrees not to use, commercialize, or disclose any Confidential Information to any person or entity except as AUTHOR approves. AUTHOR acknowledges that CECL may share some of the information with third parties for the purposes of engineering design and pricing but only if CECL has on file a signed nondisclosure agreement from the third party specifically regarding this project. CECL agrees to use at least the same degree of care in safeguarding the Confidential Information as they use in safeguarding their own confidential information.
Retention of Rights. AUTHOR retains all rights to the material sent. CECL agrees to keep on file all material for one year from the last date of activity and to return all materials (during that period) upon AUTHOR’S request. After the one year of non activity, CECL reserves the right (without notice) to destroy all confidential material by crosscut shredding.
Term of Agreement. This agreement shall expire one year from the latest date shown below.
- How do I send IC sample to CECL?
Carefully pack and ship IC sample to us. Shipping how-to’s are provided when you submit your item(s) form online. Even if you forget to fill out the form or make a mistake, don’t worry – your item will still be processed correctly and assigned a number when it arrives.
- How long will it take to get my item crack and back to me?
Most tasks are completed in 5 to 15 business days, a few of them will take longer, depends on the level of complexity of your projects. Return shipping will depend on how far and how fast.
- How much will it cost to crack a sample IC & program a blank IC?
You will receive a free quote after we evaluate your item. By providing job-specific pricing we can offer you, our customer, the best pricing.
- What is the Free Evaluation Process?
Members of our tech team physically review each item sent in for a free evaluation. They will look for both obvious evidence of damage as well as known common faults for that particular item, and for signs of previous repair attempts. They will test the functionality of some suspect parts and look for signs of catastrophic failure that would make the unit unrepairable. They will not do a complete component by component test during the free evaluation process. Our customers tell us they like the fact that we offer free evaluations and that their repair prices are based on the amount of damage to their items.
- What is CECL Shipping Policy?
The customer is responsible for shipping both to and from CECL, You select the carrier and method you prefer. UPS, Federal Express, DHL or TNT are the most common carriers that we have found to be reliable. Your account number can be used for return shipping if requested. We can use our express forwarder to ship the boards back to you and shipping charge will be added in the order value.
- What happens if the file attained from crack does not work ( what is the warranty policy )?
Your satisfaction is our commitment. We will normally follow below policy to serve you:
1: Customer pay 50% of payment in advance as subscription, CECL start the project upon the confirmation of the receipt of payment;
2: After crack process finish informed by CECL, customer can delivery CECL several blank chips or customer pay CECL charge and CECL
buy blank chips for customer, CECL will load decrypted firmware into these blank chips and send them back to customer for testing, customer need to pay delivery cost.
3: Customer has obliged to inform CECL the test result within 1 week after customer receive sample chips with newly loaded firmware, if they pass the test, customer need to pay the balance within 3 working days, CECL will send the firmware to customer through email after confirm the receipt of customer balance payment within 3 working days; Firmware format could be .BIN or .HEX. According to customer requirement;
4: If the firmware code doesn’t work, CECL is obliged to take necessary evaluation and resubmit correct firmware within 2 weeks , and if CECL fail to find and solve the problems, CECL have to refund customer FULLY payment within 2 weeks upon the date of mutual agreement. (Include blank chip price and delivery cost);
- How do I approve a quotation?
You will receive a quotation via email, unless otherwise requested. Print and review the quote and simply sign it authorizing us to do the work. We will contact you after receipt to coordinate payment and the items which need to crack.
- How can I check the status of my items?

- What are the payment options?
Orders can be prepaid with Western Union, Paypal, by wire transfer, or a company check. Many of our customers and most first time customers use Western Union, Paypal payment option. Net terms can sometimes be set up for subsequent orders by checking in with our credit office. All international sales are wire transfer only. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
- Does CECL sell parts?
Yes we do sell electronic parts and we accept components and parts in the following three approaches.
- You supply the parts;
- We purchase on your behalf, from your specified distributors;
- Use our in-house component stock;
Components for your PCBA project can be supplied in any one or more approaches above. We order genuine parts from your designated suppliers or our partner companies.
- Are there any custom duty or tax?
It depends on the where you are. In some countries like USA , Italy and Canada, there is no duty tariff importing PCB from China. There may be duty on some components and PCB Assembly products.
We can handle custom declarations for you in Canada and USA with some extra charges. We can then ship your boards from Canada or USA.
