Fixing The Offline Printer Issue On Windows And Mac

The most common way to resolve this issue is to unchecked the offline usage option for your printer. 

  1. Reboot The Printer: Reboot your printer, and allow it to completely come on. 
  2. Check The Connection To PC: Next, make sure that the Epson printer is properly connected to the PC. Also, check for network connectivity on your printer. 
  3. Access Control Panel: Your Control Panel will let you access the printer settings. Open the Start menu, choose Control Panel, open the Devices and Printers section, and find your printer. 
  4. Uncheck Offline Usage: Right-click on your printer, and uncheck the option for offline usage.
