CSR Bare Conductor for Power Transmission Project
Stranded 1350 aluminum conductors shown with this section of data are generally classified as follows:
Class AA For bare conductors usually included in overhead lines.
Class A For conductors to become covered with weather-resistant materials for bare conductors where greater flexibility is needed.
Compact strand conductor for easy use in bare overhead applications or even for use with weather-resistant coverings or insulations is usually available.
Classes refer to stranding so are an indication of family member conductor flexibility, AA being minimally flexible, C the almost all flexible
ACSR Bare Conductor with regard to Power Transmission Project

PURPOSES:
Stranded 1350 aluminum conductors shown within this section of data will be classified as follows:

Class AA For bare conductors usually utilized in overhead lines.

Class A For conductors to get covered with weather-resistant materials for bare conductors where greater flexibility is needed.

Compact strand conductor for used bare overhead applications and also for use with weather-resistant coverings or insulations can be available.

Classes refer to stranding so are an indication of distant relative conductor flexibility, AA being the smallest amount of flexible, C the many flexible
 CONSTRUCTIONM:
ALUMINUM ELECTRICAL WIRES ARE CONCENTRICALLY STRANDED
Aluminum alloy 1350-H19 wires, concentrically stranded.

Requirements

AAC bare conductors meet or exceed the next ASTM specifications:

B-230 Aluminum Wire, 1250-H19 for Electrician Purposes

B-231 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded

B-400 Lightweight Round Concentric-Lay-Stranded Aluminum 1350 Conductors
 models:
all aluminum conductor meets or exceeds the examples below standards: IEC61089, BS215, DIN48201, ASTMB231, BS EN50182, GB/T1179-2008
 NOTES:
Resistance is calculated applying ASTM standard increments with stranding and metal conductivity of 52. 5% IACS, AIR CONDITIONING resistance at 60Hz

Current ratings are influenced by 75℃ conductor temperature, 25℃ background, 2ft/s wind, 96/watts/sq. foot sun,.05 coefficients involving emissivity and absorption.
Excessive Voltage AAAC Conductor Blank Conductor
Conductor(AAAC) have been popular in power transmission wrinkles with various voltage amounts, and also used inside power lines across superb rivers, heavy ice spot, and other places exclusive geographical characteristics. The co-nductorhave excellent aspects of high strength, large current carrying capacity and good catenary property along with wear-resistance, anti-crush and corrosion-proof along with simple structure, convenient installment and maintenance, low cost for any line, large transmission capacity.
