Outlook Errors ! How to Fix Outlook Errors

This article explained the outlook error and how to fix the outlook error please read our full article.

An email has been one of the most popular abilities to communicate with each other in the last decade. Some of us receive hundreds of messages every day. Although not all messages are important, being unable to access them is inconvenient. Unfortunately, Microsoft Outlook, one of the most commonly used email clients, has a number of bugs that can cause users problems.

Outlook error codes:  outlook error 0x800ccc0e, outlook error 0x800ccc1a, send receive error outlook, outlook error 0x800ccc0f, outlook error 0x8004010f

Error #1: Error 0x800420CB

Almost as much as the mistake itself, most of us hate these cryptic error messages. This one is no exception to this. If you receive this error message, you will not be able to access or read your messages, which is a very frustrating situation.

Corruption of the .dbx files connected with Microsoft Outlook is the most popular cause of the issue. It is not always clear what causes corruption.

In just a few steps, you can solve the problem:

1.Open the main menu and choose "Tools."

2 choose on "Accounts."

3.choose "Mail" from the tab options.

4.select "Duplicate Mail Account."

5.Select "delete"

Follow these steps until all the accounts have been copied and the old ones have been removed. Usually, this solves the problem. If not, use the Windows Search Utility to find and rename the Microsoft Outlook.dbx file.

Error #2: Unable to Delete Emails

You may find that not every email in your inbox is worth keeping or reading at times. However, another Outlook error would prevent us from removing these unwanted messages from our inboxes.

This problem is usually caused by file corruption. In this case, a copy of the e-mail already deleted is saved in the deleted e-mail folder of the application. This causes the program to become confused and prevents you from deleting any further messages.

You should take the following measures to resolve the issue:

1.Copy all messages from your "Deleted" folder to a new folder.

2.Exit the Outlook software.

3.Go to the Windows settings and allow the display of hidden files.

4.Look for a file called "Deleted Items.dbx."

5.Once you've located the file, delete it.

That's supposed to fix the problem. Remember to hide those files in your setup so that you don't have to use them in all of your directories in the future.

Error #3: Unable to Receive Emails

This error is almost the same as the second one because it prevents Outlook from receiving new emails. This one is a lot more aggravating than the other two because you're not going to be able to read messages from the app until the problem is solved.

The good news is that this is usually one of the easiest problems to fix since the most common explanation is an overwhelming amount of emails. You can only store a certain amount of data in your email account, and once you have reached that limit, you won't be able to send any more messages.

You can restart receiving messages by doing one of the following:

  •  Delete emails that you no longer use
  • Copy emails to another folder on your hard drive outside of the Outlook application
  • Increase the storage space allocated to your email account
