Using your landline phone if you have one. If you have a landline at home or at work, consider using it instead of your cellphone.

Turn your screen off or put it in aeroplane mode while you're not using it. Obeying is challenging, but not impossible. If you don't need constant data access for a few hours, turn it off or put it on aeroplane mode. Do it as soon as possible. It's something you can do right before bedtime.

Before handing over the phone to your kids to watch, download the videos first and put it in aero-plane mode.

When talking on the phone, a hands-free speaker or earphones are best. Made it a habit to do so on a daily basis. When you've done chatting, pull out your earphones. If you don't want to use hands-free, keep your phone 1-2 cm away from your ear.
