  • Click on any one of the above and you will lead to the feedback page 
  • Now, you have to provide the details, like name, phone number, and email ID 
  • After this, you can select the subject of the feedback and mention your thoughts on the page
  • Once you complete it, then review the application and click on the submit option 
  • You will receive the feedback number on your registered email
