Most of your DVR or CCTV machine is not always perfected with all kinds of output cables. Note some of the types of output cables coming from the DVR below:

Single video output cable (yellow cable): This cable can only transfer video with a resolution that is not sharp enough so that the image can be slightly broken and blurry. In addition, this output cable is considered vulnerable to damage due to its position which is not quite sturdy and lightly touched.

Audio output cable for CCTV enhanced with microhone.

VGA output cable (usually you see on a computer monitor): The VGA output cable is only capable of transferring video only with a maximum resolution of 720p or HD Ready. The picture results are ubaiblog pretty good, but not all TVs help VGA cables.

DVI output cable (what you see on a computer monitor): A DVI output cable capable of transferring video as well as audio. The resulting video can reach 1080p so that the image can be clear. However, this DVI input is rarely found on TVs that are sold in the market.

HDMI output cable: An HDMI output cable is capable of transferring video as well as audio. The maximum video results and images can be very clear. This type of input will be on almost all of the TVs currently sold on the market.

If your DVR helps HDMI output, try to take advantage of the HDMI output for maximum results and also make sure that the TV you choose is capable of supporting HDMI input.

The point is to listen to the output cable coming from your DVR and choose the TV that helps with that output cable.
