In 2021, we expect B2B providers to use technology and online ecommerce solutions to attract new business customers and acquire a variety of professionals.

With new channels, integration and trading experience, new payment options will be introduced, including new forms of B2B financing. B2B companies are expected to build their borrowing infrastructure by 2021. This can be as simple as abandoning manual processes, like physically sending invoices and making payments in a new way.
