Fitbit is leading the fitness tracking market since 2021. Here’s a detailed comparison between its other recently released trackers such as the Luxe, Inspire 4, and Charge 4.

Since its announcement on April 19, 2021, Fitbit Luxe has been the most luxurious fitness tracker to date. While Fitbit Luxe still has a lot to offer, it is also getting a fierce competition with the existing fitness tracker lineup of Fitbit. The Fitbit Inspire 2 and Fitbit Charge 4 have proved their efficiencies and established themselves with competitive and robust features. It means Fitbit Luxe has still needed to do something more to live up to this existing lineup.

Smartwatches are the most favored and preferred wearable when it comes to the wearable niche; still, there is a healthy and huge market for fitness trackers. Here, not every user wishes to purchase and use a fully-fledged smartwatch, whether it can be due to unnecessary features or increased cost.

The fitness tracker is a small, simple, and affordable package that allows users to log their daily activities. This is the particular area where Fitbit has excelled and led the market for years. It has continued its expertise in the year 2021 too.

While looking at the specs for Charge 4, Fitbit Luxe, and Inspire 2, you may find many features shared across these fitness gadgets. For example, all three fitness trackers come with a heart rate monitoring feature 24/7, an activity-tracking feature for all day, a tracking feature for menstrual health, and a stress management feature. Plus, these fitness trackers also feature more than 20 exercise modes, a sleep tracking feature, and guided breathing sessions.

Besides, all these three fitness trackers also have a swim-proof design. It means if you have any of these fitness trackers, you don’t need to worry about getting your trackers wet anywhere. Above all, Fitness has also introduced a few intelligent features across its trackers, including some essential apps and notification support to check the weather and use a stopwatch.

Display and design are two things that keep the Luxe stand out in comparison to Inspire 2 and Charge 4. When talking about the Luxe’s design, it has a stainless steel case, a premium one compared to the plastic construction used in the manufacturing of the other two trackers. It is making it a better fit for anyone who cares for aesthetics. The introduction of a color AMOLED display in Fitbit Luxe has provided a pleasing look compared to grayscale displays used in the Inspire 2 and Charge 4.

The Charge 4 & Inspire 2: Which One is Better?

The Fitbit Charge 4 comes with in-built GPS allowing users to view their real-time distance and pace without any need to connect it to a phone. It is not available in Inspire 2 or Luxe. Additionally, Fitbit Charge 4 is the only Fitbit tracker among the three others with Fitbit Play. The feature enables it to make contactless payments at different stores that support NFC.

Another feature that you can’t find in Luxe or Inspire 2 is Charge 4 to control playback on Spotify from a phone connected to it. Above all, Charge 4 offers more battery life with the endurance of 7 days compared to Luxe which provides a battery life of only five days.

When taking a glance over Inspire 2 and comparing it with Luxe and Charge 4, it is evident that it lacks some of their somewhat more advanced features. For example, Inspire 2 can’t detect changes in skin temperature or changes in SpO2 levels. Also, its display power of the bunch is the least impressive. However, it shines with its battery power that you can use continuously for ten days without charging it in between. Plus, it is the only Fitbit tracker to be packed with the Tile app; however, it is expected that the feature will be soon expanded to other fitness trackers also over time.

In the end, the price also plays an important role when you choose something and purchase. Here, when you look at the prices, you will find Fitbit Luxe the most expensive among all three. It costs you $149, whereas Inspire 2 costs you only $ 99, and Charge 4 costs you $ 129. When choosing any one of them, keep in mind that each tracker is with its pros and cons.

If you want something with a classy design and a vibrant display, Fitbit Luxe is the best choice. On the other hand, if you wish to track with in-built GPS and with more functionalities, you can go with the Charge 4. But, if you want something that can track your daily activities even while spending as little money as possible, then go with Inspire 2. Regardless of which Fitbit tracker you have chosen, you can rest assured to get the best gadget available this year, 2021.
