For direct admission to the CS Executive Program, the Institute of Company Secretaries (ICSI) administers the CS Executive Entrance Examination (CSEET). In May, July, November, and January of each year, the CS Executive Entrance Exam Test (CSEET) will be held. Students, undergraduates, and postgraduates should register with CSEET at icsi.edu if they are taking or have recently taken the 10+2 exams.
CSEET Eligibility Criteria 2021
CSEET is open to applicants who have taken or are taking the Senior Secondary (10 + 2) test.
To be eligible for direct registration into the CS Executive Program, all graduates and postgraduates must pass CSEET.
Applicants who pass the CSF Foundation Program are excluded from taking the CSEET and do not have to pay a waiver charge.
Candidates who have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and/or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMII) are excluded from the CSEET and will be issued Rs 5,000 (only Rs 5,000) when registering for the CS Executive Program.

Paper 1: Business Communication: To assess the applicants’ understanding of English grammar rules and key aspects of professional communication.
Paper 2: Legal Reasoning and Aptitude: The aim of this test is to assess basic legal knowledge, legal aptitude, and logical reasoning abilities.

ICSI actually halted the program; however, it has been replaced by a test known as the “CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET)”.All groups of understudies will now be required to pass the “CSEET” exam in order to be accepted into the Executive Program.

The language of the examination is English and the purpose of conducting this exam is to train and certify the candidates who aspire to become Company Secretaries.Latest NotificationConsidering the ongoing Pandemic, the mode of conduct of the entrance test has been changed from test centers to Remote/ Online Mode.
