How to Put Signature On Outlook

Outlook Signature is basically your digital business card. They contain all your contact information so that your recipient knows how or when they can reach you. Adding a signature to Outlook is something that people often find difficult to do.

In this article, I will explain How to Put Signature On Outlook. Both online and offline versions of Outlook include Microsoft 365. Also, I will give you some tips for creating an Outlook signature.

How to put a signature in Outlook on the web

  1. Log in to Office.com. You may need to log in. Use your Microsoft username and password.
  2. Then open the Outlook tab.
  3. Click on the organization icon in the top right corner of the window.
  4. Then click View All Outlook Settings. You will see it in the lower right corner of your window.
  5. Compose. Choose the answer. You will find it in the left column.
  6. Then enter your signature in the "Reply Ready" window. Measure your signature with the standard editing tools given in the box.
  7. When done, click the save button.

Click a new message to see your signature. Outlook will automatically add your signature to the message. If you want to add your signature manually, click the iClip icon at the top of the canvas to create a message, then click Insert Signature.

Keep signature in outlook

In Outlook, you can manually add signatures to your messages if you have not pre-signed them. Just open a new email click on the new signature toolbar. Your signature will appear in the drop-down list. Select your signature to apply to your email message.
