Step 1: Login to the Exchange Admin Center >> Select recipients >> Click on the mailboxes >> Select the … option and click on the option i.e. export to a PST file

Step 2: In the next windows, select the radio option i.e. export only the content of this mailbox >> Click Next button

Step 3: Insert the UNC target file path >> Click on the next button

Step 4: Then, in the next window, click on check box >> Click on the finish button

Use the New-MailboxExportRequest Exchange PowerShell Cmdlet to export the mailboxes database to the Outlook PST file:

New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox “Tested” -FilePath “\\EXCH\NameOfFolder\filename.pst”

This command export the tested Exchange mailbox to the provided destination file location.
